My Day 21

Its 3 weeks le!!! Wow... it seems like an eternity.. Don't remember how my room look like already... Oh well..

Today we had our day of rest. We visited a city church in the morning. It was well.. very much like hope. It believes in church planting, the praise and worship is accompanied by dance... Reminded of Thai camp? And the preaching have alot of shouting. Well, its good to see that it is possble to do it in Chile. There are people in Chile needs God too. It was also good to see that the great commission is not a Hope movement thing. It is a bible thing. The pastor of the church have no contact with Hope at all yet we are so similar half way round the glode. The great commission is a fire that is on a roll. We have to do out part as well. The churches in chile reaches out more to the poorer areas. The rich people in Chile don't really see the need for God and God has moved Team Chile to work on them.

The church we visited

Santiago is so so so important. It is the capital city of South America. It is considered the main city around. We have to win it for South America's sake. A generation of people praising God is at stake, its now or never. God has called this team to Chile and i don't believe His purpose is for them to come and experience life with him only. It wreaks God to see people away from Him. It wreaks God to see people believing in a twisted version of Him. It wreaks God to see nations led to believeing in idols. God wants to see this nation won and after that, South America.

Hope movement is initiating a campaign called M238. We want to plant 238 churches in 238 countries by 2008.. thanks keng Suan, I´ll love to see who are you when i´m back in Singapore for all the help you have given me. Starting from all the strategic key cities all around the world. For details, you can contact the missions department or ask ur sdl... hahaa.. I believe Santiago is one of them. Anyone listening?

Yeah, after that, we went to eat sea food at a nice restaurant. It is a sea food area where they sell plenty of sea food. yeah.. :) Haa.. The team caught a movie "Shriek 3" after the lunch. haa.. it was a good time of relxation.

We fasted dinner today. Its not easy to fast in winter. Food keeps u warm u noe? Shivering now. heh. But we prayed and prayed and prayed. As i said b4, not one step in this team is taken without consulting God and asking God for his directions. Every event, every possible opportunity is being prayed for. tomorrow we are going to the Brazillian embassy to do our visa thingy. Even that became something to be prayed for to meet the correct pp to evax. Coming together to pray is really ministering. Although there is no life band or even guitar, the presence of God was so evident because everyone was so desperate for God.

Just finished preparing teaching for tmr. Please keep the team here in prayer. Prayer support and intercession is so important because prayer is so powerful.
