Divine or coincidence

Today we had our NS teaching before service. The teaching was on Nehemiah's prayer to ask God for help in the process to seek to rebuild the city wall. So we spoke in depth about what do people really struggle about and how to overcome it. I'll post this teaching up soon.

Guess what. During service, Shirley spoke about the same topic. And the bring home point was the same. Letting God's will be done on us.

Really, there was no communication between us. The last time this happened was in a NS vision night 6 months ago. The sermon verse was the exact same verse is was going to launch my vision night with. And the context was the same as well. Well, if you believe its coincidence, den ok. But i choose to believe that its something from God to hit home certain points.

I spoke to PJ just now. He was teaching me the importance to see things in a more balanced manner. Like how i always push for missions but i agree with him that it is more than just going up the stage and telling people to go for missions. When something is not right, we need to look at all the underlying factors. and push forward the kingdom on all frontiers and not just the area we are on fire about.

Guess i should not keep on ranting about why people don't want to go for missions but seek to understand the situation better and what have been done till now and how we can just improve things.
